Paint and Allied Products Area Sources

On December 3, 2009 the EPA issued the final rule imposing Area Source Generally Available Control Technology (GACT) standards for the control of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) at paint & allied products facilities that are minor HAP sources. This section provides information on the applicability, promulgated standards. The National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for the Paint & Allied Products Industry Area Sources – 40 Part 63 Subpart CCCCCCC – was published in the Federal Register on December 3, 2009.
